Non-Refundable Deposit: The first $500 paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refund Schedule:

• More than 180 days before the event: Up to 50% of total tuition (less $500) is refundable.
• 91–180 days before the event: Up to 30% of total tuition (less $500) is refundable.
• 90 days or less before the event: No refunds or transfers are permitted.

Transfer Schedule:

• More than 180 days before the event: Transfer 100% of the paid amount (less $500) to another Influential U Conference scheduled within 12 months of your contracted event. A new $500 non-refundable deposit and any ticket price difference, taxes, or fees apply.
• 91–180 days before the event: Transfer 70% of the paid amount (less $500) under the same conditions.
• 90 days or less before the event: Tickets are non-transferable.

• Conference tickets may be transferred only once.

• Tuition for the Elite Retreat is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets a specific Retreat may be transferred to a qualified individual (graduate of MAP or higher) with prior approval.

• Tickets may be given to another person if the Office of Admissions is notified at least 35 days before the event. No fees apply.

Thrive Subscriptions:

• Non-refundable, recurring, and automatically renewed until canceled.

• Tuition is non-refundable.

• Participants are responsible for paying their applicable taxes. Failure to pay taxes will result in reimbursement to Influential U for taxes paid on your behalf and you shall indemnify Influential U against claims or penalties.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled via your Influential U store account.
• Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period. Influential U cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

• FOT: $500
• MAP: $1,000
• MAP2: $1,500

• Before Session 1: 25% of total tuition is owed.
• Before Session 2: 50% of total tuition is owed.
• Before Session 3: 75% of total tuition is owed.
• After Session 3: Full tuition is owed, regardless of participation.

• MAP and MAP2 participants are automatically registered for associated Mid-Year and Annual Conferences. Attendance is optional, but refunds or credits are not provided for non-attendance or changes in participation format.

1. No Exceptions: Claims of confusion or misunderstanding regarding registration do not entitle participants to refunds or transfers.
